We cover two routes. You choose the journey and the speed; we handle the rest: receiving, transport, customs clearance, and delivery.
01. United States to Haiti
Sea freight
The cost-effective option for heavy or bulky packages. Ocean shipping takes longer but significantly lowers the cost per pound. Shipments leave our Florida warehouse every week.
Air freight
The right choice for urgent shipments. Your packages travel by air and arrive within days. Recommended for documents, lightweight items, and anything that can't wait.
02. United States to Dominican Republic
Air and sea freight
The same Florida warehouse, the same receiving address, a different destination. Packages you buy in the United States are delivered in Santiago or Santo Domingo, by air for urgent shipments or by sea for bulky ones.

03. Dominican Republic and Haiti
Land transport
Our vehicles run every day between the Dominican Republic and Haiti, in both directions. Your packages leave from Santiago or Santo Domingo for Haiti, or from Haiti for those two cities. The road remains the most direct and most regular link between the two countries.

On all three routes
Customs clearance
Customs formalities are included on all three routes, including the land border crossing. There is nothing for you to handle on arrival.
Online tracking
As soon as we take charge of your package, you receive a tracking number. Use it to follow every step of the journey from your account, whichever route you chose.
Delivery
In Haiti, we deliver in Port-au-Prince and in several other cities, including Cap-Haïtien, Les Cayes, and Hinche. In the Dominican Republic, delivery covers Santiago and Santo Domingo.
